We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace.

Please make sure to provide us with a correct shipping address when placing your order, no changes can be made after dispatch.

All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 24 hours after you place them.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on your location:

  *Delivery time varies from time to time due to seasonality and performance of our carrier. 

All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.

**Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse, since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. However, if you cannot see your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at info@nextdealshop.com

 

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is an optional offer upon checkout. The optional insurance is calculated based on your order amount (approximately 5-6% of the order amount). Shipping Insurance covers loss of package and damage of packages upon arrival. A package may be considered lost if it does not arrive within the shipping time as stated. A package is considered received as per indicated by shipping carrier and can be viewed in our Account Page. To make a claim for damaged or lost package, email us at info@nextdealshop.com. We will send a replacement upon confirmation.
